Kylie Jenner knows you want to know if she's getting married or not, and her latest Snap is proof she wants to keep fans guessing. On Wednesday afternoon, the reality TV star showed off yet another diamond ring on that finger, and this time she included a cryptic note to fan the engagement rumor flames.
The ring in question is a band of gold and diamonds from XIV Karats in Beverly Hills, customized to spell out "J.W.," which Jenner explained in the caption stands for "Jacques Webster [and] Jordyn Woods. Real ones, [okay] ..." For those who haven't been keeping up with the Kardashians, Jordyn Woods is Jenner's best friend, and Jacques Webster is the real name of her boyfriend, Travis Scott, the father of Stormi Webster. In other words, this could either be just a cute (if opulent!) token of appreciation for two of her favorite people, or it could be a disguised engagement ring.
According to E!, the ring's value is around $400–450, so chances are it's the former. (It's pretty hard to imagine any Kardashian-Jenner engagement that doesn't involve a multi-million dollar stone the size of a Jawbreaker.) Still, Jenner did deliberately put it on her left ring finger, so it wouldn't be completely out of the realm of possibility that she decided to opt for a more low-key engagement ring.
Of course, this isn't the first (and probably won't be the last) time that Jenner has teased a ring of the diamond persuasion on her left ring finger. In fact, her previous "decoy" engagement ring appeared just a month ago. In the 11-minute short film that she released in honor of baby Stormi's birth, a double-decker band of truly gigantic diamonds makes several cameos, leading fans to conclude she and Scott had gotten engaged in secret.
Then again, fans thought the same thing back in November 2017, when she snapped herself driving left-handed while rocking a giant diamond. And considering she was doing more of the same back when she was dating Tyga (and it's safe to say that ship has sailed), it looks like Jenner just really, really likes diamond rings—and who can blame her?
In true Kardashian-Jenner fashion, if and when Jenner gets engaged, we'll know only when she's ready to share the news with the world—and the announcement will probably be much bigger than a cryptic Snap.
