Dwayne 'the Rock' Johnson posts sweet tribute to his daughters: 'Always have a strong voice'

Sunday marked Women’s Equality Day in the U.S., and Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson is making sure to mark it with a heartfelt message to his daughters.

Nearly a century from the day that women gained the right to vote, the Rock is honoring the historical moment that would enable his daughters to become trailblazers in their own right. As a father of three girls — Simone, 17, Jasmine, 2, and Tiana Gia, 3 months — the actor isn’t shy when it comes to sharing his uplifting fatherly wisdom, including an empowering reminder that they can do and be anything they want to be.

“She can be anything she wants,” Johnson wrote on a post featuring a photo of himself and his middle child, Jasmine, as she stuffed a croissant into the actor’s mouth. “She and her big sister, Simone and her baby sister, Tiana Gia will always have a strong voice and always make a positive impact,” he continued, before ending the post with #WomensEqualityDay.

It wasn’t the first time that Johnson has posted a sweet sentiment to his daughters. In March, he posted a video with Jasmine for International Women’s Day in which he taught her how to say “girl power.”

Since he posted the adorable photo to Instagram on Sunday, it’s garnered nearly three million likes, and some followers call Johnson “an inspiration” for the way that he loves his little girls.
