The Treats Celebs Should Be Giving Out This Halloween

Celebrities tend to do everything bigger, and Halloween is no exception. So on the spookiest day of the year, they’re probably giving out something a little more elaborate than the traditional fun-size candy bars. Can’t you just imagine such stars as Usher, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Miley Cyrus passing out treats that are uniquely them? Take a look at how we envision trick-or-treating going down at the homes of a few of our favorite Hollywood stars.

Miley Cyrus

While the singer-actress probably has every candy imaginable on hand for Halloween trick-or-treaters, we wouldn’t be surprised if she also has a special treat for the parents: pot brownies. In case you didn’t know, Cyrus has had an ongoing love affair with marijuana. On the list of her favorite things, it’s right up there with cuddling with her dogs (or Liam Hemsworth), pizza, and Elvis. Her personal chef could easily whip up an extra-large batch of edibles for the adults who swing by her place for the holiday. Sorry, kids, but these are not for you! Kylie Jenner

Although the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star owns four homes, we think her assistant should keep things simple this Halloween and just buy one treat to hand out to all the little goblins: wax lips. After all, thanks to her many pouting selfies and her mega-successful Kylie Lip Kits, Jenner is best known for her smackers. Not to mention, this provides her with the perfect opportunity for more self-promotion! (Photo: Getty Images/Illustration by Daniel Miller)

Jennifer Aniston

Thirsty from trekking all over the neighborhood? Then we would hope you head over to Aniston’s house for a refreshing, albeit sugar-free stop: bottles of SmartWater. The Horrible Bosses actress represents the brand and consumes it in large quantities. She must have some extra boxes of the stuff just lying around her L.A. mansion. “I drink 100 ounces of Smartwater every day,” she once told Shape. How convenient! Usher

OMG! While Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez have reputations as divas, Usher is also exceedingly demanding about some things, such as the way he eats his favorite candy: M&Ms. The singer requires that the chocolate candies be separated by color in his concert dressing rooms. Halloween night will provide the perfect opportunity for him to pass out the M&Ms that he has stashed for a candy emergency. His team will no doubt be ecstatic, since no one will have to worry about dividing them into piles of brown, orange, red, yellow, blue, and green. (Photo: Getty Images/Illustration by Daniel Miller)

Gwyneth Paltrow

The Goop-y actress isn’t keen on her kids eating carbohydrates, but she stands behind healthy treats that involve a relatively small amount of them. Paltrow — long known for eating wholesome foods — has shared many recipes for meals and snacks that don’t come with a side of guilt on her lifestyle website and in her cookbooks. So this Halloween, the Oscar winner very well may be handing out her homemade granola bars, made with rolled oats and dried apricots. We’re sure most of the kiddies will be disappointed, but the health-conscious parents taking their little ones around will be delighted to find something in their child’s bag that they can stomach them eating. Kourtney Kardashian

Anyone venturing to Calabasas, Calif., for Halloween should look for the eldest Kardashian sister to be giving out the kind of snacks she typically feeds her three young children: Mason, Penelope, and Reign. This means no dairy. Or gluten. Or corn. “I have always felt fine before when eating dairy and gluten, but I do believe that we have one life to live and I would like to live it feeling my best,” she explained in a September 2016 post on her app. “I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children when we stick to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. I don’t think everyone needs to eat this way but we had muscle testing done, which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten, and dairy.” Kale chips are one of Kourt’s favorite snacks, so we know those are OK! Chrissy Teigen

For every bite that Gwyneth Paltrow takes of something without carbs, Teigen takes at least one helping of a not-so healthy dish. And because the Lip Sync Battle co-host isn’t your typical Hollywood celebrity, we would expect her to hand out goodies that are a little different from your run-of-the-mill treats. Teigen — who is a fast food junkie — once revealed in a Reddit AMA that her favorite fast food item is a Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco from Taco Bell. We’re sure Taco Bell would cut her a deal if she bought in bulk! She has a long list of other foods she really enjoys at chain restaurants, but Panera’s Cheddar Broccoli Soup Bread Bowl just wouldn’t be as easy to distribute. Snoop Dogg

Jackpot! Fans of Snoop know that he has a sweet tooth, so we’re guessing that the rapper really hooks up his trick-or-treaters. When he was asked to name his favorite candy bar in a 2013 Reddit AMA, he revealed there was a three-way tie. “Imma jolly ranchers, red vines, n starbust kinda guy,” he wrote. Just know that any baked goods he may be offering up are probably a lot like the ones from Miley’s place. (Photo: Getty Images/Illustration by Daniel Miller)

Selena Gomez

After all that sweetness, trick-or-treaters will undoubtedly be ready for some sour, which is when a trip to Gomez’s house should come into play. The singer is obsessed with pickles — so much so that she douses her movie popcorn in pickle juice. In fact, pickles are so important to Gomez that she gets her favorite brand, Best Maid, shipped to her directly from her home state of Texas. Yum? (Photo: Getty Images/Illustration by Daniel Miller)
