Ellen DeGeneres tortures Seth Meyers in an awards show boot camp

Ellen DeGeneres decided to help out Seth Meyers ahead of his hosting the Golden Globes for the first time on Sunday. On Ellen, the host subjected Meyers to a boot camp for awards shows.

With Meyers trying to read a monologue on a teleprompter, DeGeneres literally threw obstacles at him. She dangled a cat toy in his face, shot Silly String at him, and used a large fan to blow leaves at him. This happened all while Meyers was forced to twerk and put on lipstick.

Barring a wildly late makeup artist or sudden indoor windstorm, we’re sure Seth Meyers will do just fine.
