Dutch police seize enough raw materials to make one billion ecstasy pills
Dutch police have found enough raw materials to make more than one billion ecstasy pills in a truck close to the Belgium border on Thursday.
The truck reportedly contained 100 bottles of hydrogen gas, 15 tons of caustic soda and 3,000 litres of other chemicals.
The haul was estimated to be worth €100,000 (£85,000), and would have been worth substantially more if in pill form.
Police tweeted an image of the truck in question, along with details of the find.

Discovered in Rilland, a village in the southern province of Zeeland, the parked trailer was around 50 miles south of Rotterdam and 25 miles north of Antwerp.
Large drugs finds are common as the Netherlands is a known centre for ecstasy production, and drugs often pass through its ports.
