These Are the First 25 Apple Watch Apps

You’ve seen the different Apple Watches. You’ve learned their (occasionally exorbitant) prices. Now it’s time to familiarize yourself with the first crop of apps coming to Apple’s new wearable.
News site 9to5Mac has put together a list that that includes some of the first iPhone apps to add Apple Watch support, now four weeks away from the device’s April 24 retail launch. Take a look at the (enticing?) collection below.
1. Air Canada
Get flight status updates, watch a countdown to your flight’s boarding time, and view your boarding pass, all from your Apple Watch.
2. AliPay
You’ll be able to use your Apple Watch to pay for things via the Alibaba-owned AliPay mobile payment app.
3. Babbel
Practice your French (or Spanish, Russian, English, German) right on your wrist.
4. Dark Sky
Want weather radar, hyperlocal forecasts, and storm alerts on your watch? That’s what Dark Sky does.
5. ECB Cricket
Cricket scores and game notifications on your wrist, mate.
6. Evernote
Evernote’s Apple Watch app lets you dictate notes by voice and view recent documents.
7. Expedia
The Expedia app sends flight and hotel booking information straight to your Apple Watch.
Cooking at home is easier when your grocery lists, recipes, and cooking timers are all a glance away. Kitchen Stories for Apple Watch makes all of the above a reality.
9. Line
Line is now giving its 600 million customers the option to chat from their Apple Watches.
10. MLB.com At Bat
Baseball fans will appreciate having day game stats a glance away while stuck at work.
11. Procreate Pocket
Add screen space to the project on your iPhone by moving common tools over to your Apple Watch’s screen. Pretty smart.
12. Qantas Airways
Yet another airline to embrace the Apple Watch.
13. Redfin
“Stay ahead of the competition by wearing your home search,” Redfin says. Catchy.

15. Sky Guide
Sky Guide pushes various kinds of astronomical alerts to your Apple Watch.
16. SPG: Starwood Hotels and Resorts
The SPG app turns your Apple Watch into a room key for its line of hotels, including Sheraton, W, Aloft, Le Méridien, and Westin.

20. Transit App
