One dead after crash on I-490 near Winton Road
A Rochester woman died following a one-car crash on Interstate 490 in Rochester Sunday night, according to New York State Police.
Berneather Hejduk, 66, was driving west when she struck a barrier off the north shoulder of the highway near Winton Road just after 7 p.m.
Troopers said she died at the scene.
Troopers are investigating the incident. They said Hejduk may have had a medical event just before the crash.
