Vehicle on fire on Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge causing traffic delays: officials
NEW YORK (PIX11) — A vehicle fire on the upper level of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge caused traffic delays on Tuesday just before rush hour, officials said.
The vehicle fire started around 3:45 p.m. and caused delays in the eastbound lanes, according to the FDNY. Drivers were advised to find alternate routes.
