Semi-truck catches fire at I-57 rest stop in Champaign County

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — Illinois State Troopers are on the scene of a semi-truck fire on northbound I-57 in Champaign County.

Officials said the truck is on the ramp leading to the Illinois Prairie Rest Stop. No lanes of I-57 are closed.

Kansas School placed on soft lockdown

Officials added that no injuries are being reported at this time either.
