A brown bear is apparently on the loose in Siberia - armed with two guns

A brown bear is reportedly on the loose in Siberia brandishing two guns after stealing them from a hunter.

The bear apparently brazenly walked into a remote forest cabin where the hunter was staying and helped itself to his bag, including the guns.

According to The Siberian Times, a statement from the local interior ministry said the hunter was hunting miles away from the nearest village when he decided to stay at the cabin deep in the Irkutsk region.

“He left his belongings in the cabin and went to get some water. On his return, he heard some suspicious sounds and spotted a bear,” it said.
