Exclusive Preview: Watch Adam Lambert Perform ‘Ghost Town’ at Logo’s Trailblazer Honors

This Saturday night, the Logo network will celebrate its 10th anniversary and NYC Pride Week by airing its second annual “Trailblazer Honors,” a star-studded event featuring a triumphant show-closing performance by proud pop idol Adam Lambert. But you can check out an exclusive sneak preview of Lambert’s fierce Trailblazer Honors performance, of his new hit “Ghost Town,” right now, exclusively on Yahoo Music.

The prestigious Logo event was filmed Thursday, the night before the Supreme Court’s historic ruling affirming the right to same-sex marriage, at the gorgeous Cathedral of St. John the Divine (one of New York City’s first religious institutions to champion LGBT issues). It will honor various LGBT pioneers, including Iranian activist Arsham Parsi, the Obama administration, late civil rights hero Bayard Rustin, and Judy and Dennis Shepard, founders of the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

Bleachers, the band fronted by fun.’s Jack Antonoff, will also perform their new single, “Like a River Runs,” as well as a cover of the Cranberries’ 1993 classic “Dreams.” Antonoff and his fun. bandmates are the founders of the Ally Coalition, which raises money for LGBT organizations.

Other speakers and presenters on this Saturday’s Trailblazer Honors telecast will include transgender Against Me! singer Laura Jane Grace, Martin Luther King III (emotionally speaking from a pulpit where his own famous father once stood), Kelly Osbourne, Raven Symone, Frankie Grande, RuPaul’s Drag Race reigning champ Violet Chachki, transgender model and TED Talk sensation Geena Rocero, and Ellen DeGeneres’s mother, Betty.
