Keanu Reeves's Threeway Fantasy Becomes a Ménage à Terror in New 'Knock Knock' Trailer (NSFW)

Keanu Reeves experiences a double dose of fatal attraction in Eli Roth’s new home-invasion thriller Knock Knock. The new international trailer, which you can watch above, lays out the premise: Reeves plays a nice suburban dad who loves his kids, his dog and chocolate cake with sprinkles. But his life is torn apart when he allows himself to be seduced by two young women — played by Roth’s real-life wife and frequent collaborator Lorenza Izzo, and Cuban actress Ana de Armas — who ring his doorbell in the middle of the night. Come morning, his fantasy threesome becomes a nightmare, as the women subject him to a series of sadistic games that involve rape, torture, and being buried alive. (We just hope the dog’s okay. If John Wick taught us anything, it’s that nobody should ever mess with Keanu’s dog.)

Knock Knock was inspired by the seventies exploitation film Death Game, about a pair of beautiful hippies (Sondra Locke and Colleen Camp, both of whom have producer credits on Knock Knock) who take a businessman hostage in his own home. Roth’s film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and opens in theaters on August 13.
