MTV EMAs 2017: Rita Ora wows on the red carpet in just a dressing gown and towel
Rita Ora stole the show at the MTV European Music Awards by hitting the red carpet wearing a dressing gown, with her hair wrapped in a towel.
The singer’s eye-catching ensemble was accessorised with jewellery and silver high heels.
Her look left fans bewildered, with many sharing their surprise on social media.
One Twitter user wrote: “@RitaOra you really came out of the house with ur robe to the red carpet. Is everything ok at home ?[sic]”
Another posted: “I'm so confused why is Rita Ora walking down the red carpet in a dressing gown and towel around her head?”
Ora, who hosted the 2017 awards, is well-known for her unusual style.
She recently shocked X Factor viewers by performing in a live show wearing a top and a pair of knickers, leaving viewers to joked that she’d forgotten her trousers.
Other stars who headed to Wembley Arena for the occasion included Demi Lovato, Lana Del Rey, Stormzy and Liam Payne.
Del Rey wore a brightly coloured floral dress with a trailing hem, accessorised with silver shoes, while Lovato sported a plunging checked suit.
Grime artist Stormzy opted for a more monochromatic look in all back except for a pristine white puffa jacket.
Meanwhile former One Direction bandmember turned solo artist Liam Payne wore an orange jacket with an otherwise all black look.
