Bye-bye, Hailey Baldwin. Hello, Hailey Bieber. The 21-year-old applied this month to trademark her new name. It’s unclear if Baldwin has started the process to change her surname to Bieber legally, but all signs point to yes.

The model submitted paperwork on Oct. 10 to register “Hailey Bieber,” according to documents obtained by Yahoo Entertainment, for the purpose of a clothing line. She also wants to trademark her maiden name, “Hailey Baldwin,” plus “HRB3.” The “R” likely stands for her middle name, Rhode.

Baldwin and Justin Bieber sparked marriage rumors in September when they were spotted at a New York City courthouse. The model initially denied buzz that they had gotten hitched, but later deleted her tweet. According to multiple reports, the pair did indeed wed, but are planning a large celebration for family and friends down the road.

A month into their marriage, the couple are already facing tabloid scrutiny that their relationship is in trouble. Bieber has apparently been taking the news of Selena Gomez’s health troubles hard; however, the pair are putting up a united front. This week, they showed PDA while house hunting in Los Angeles.

Baldwin recently raved about her beau in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

“He is incredible,” she gushed. “He crushes everything. Every song, every feature. It’s crazy to see what he does. I’m always blown away.”

She also hinted about their future children while talking about her tattoos. “I want more, but I’m keeping space for my kids’ names, and certain sentimental things, and I don’t want to fill all the cute spots before … I get there.”
