New Batwoman season 2 trailer reveals the Batmobile, grieving Bat-team

A new suit isn't the only thing Javicia Leslie will get when she picks up the Scarlet Knight's mantle in Batwoman season 2. She's also getting a new ride.
Released Thursday, the latest promo for the CW superhero drama's sophomore season reveals our first official look at the Batmobile, which features the same red accents as the Batwoman costume. This will be the first time the Batmobile has appeared on the show because Ruby Rose's Kate Kane rode around on a motorcycle in season 1.
The new teaser reveals how Kate's friends and family are reacting to her disappearance (remember, she's not dead) and the introduction of Leslie's Ryan Wilder, who just wants someone to give her a chance as Batwoman. Mary (Nicole Kang) believes Gotham City needs a Batwoman; Luke (Camrus Johnson) insists "Kate is Batwoman;" and Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott) tries to remain hopeful that Kate is still alive (Hasn't this man suffered enough?). On the other side of the spectrum, Kate's maniacal twin sister Alice (Rachel Skarsten) seems particularly tickled by the new Batwoman.
"I met the new girl. She's gonna be a… handful," Alice says with a smile.
