Sandra Bullock: I Did Not Adopt a Second Child

Rumors have been swirling for months that Sandra Bullock had secretly expanded her family by adopting a baby girl. However, the actress, 51, cleared the air when a journalist congratulated her on the baby news at the press junket for her latest film, Our Brand Is Crisis.

“There is only one adopted child in my household and his name is Louis,” Sandra told the Associated Press. “If I had a second adopted child, everyone would be hearing about it. I would be loud and clear and say, ‘Yes, I have officially adopted a second child.’ Right now, Louis must be it."

While Sandy may not have adopted a little sister for Louis (yet!), we have a hard time believing that “ everyone” would have heard about it if she did. When the Oscar winner adopted Louis, 5, back in January 2010, she kept his arrival a secret until March.

For now, raising her son is priority number one. In fact, before agreeing to film her latest movie, she required that the flick shoot in a location that would be beneficial for her son.
